Demonstrate respect and courtesy to all others

Be completely attentive and in full control of your movement, behavior and actions.

Remain free of any substance that impairs your abilities.

Familiarize yourself with and follow all rules, procedures, and staff instructions.

Please ask a staff member if you have any issues, concerns, or questions.

Supervise the actions and activities of any minors that you have brought to the facility.

Actively supervise at all times the actions and activities of any minors that you have brought to the facility.

Do NOT attempt any activity or stunt that exceeds your skill, capability, or health condition.

Rules of Entry & Play

All guests require a signed valid Waiver and Release Agreement prior to and as a condition to entry.
Xtreme Energy Grip socks are required when participating in any activity.
All guests (including non-players) must be in socks when entering a play zone. To the extent non Xtreme Energy Grip socks are utilized by non-participating guests, such guests assume all risks of injury from slipping and lack of traction.
Outside food or beverage is not permitted without express advanced permission.
Posted rules, warnings and staff instructions must be followed by all participants at all times.
No loose articles, jewelry, and other items (including in any pockets) while participating in activities.
Adults must actively supervise and shall be responsible and liable for the actions and activities of any minors (including compliance with all rules, codes and warnings) they have brought to the facility.
Some portions of the facility may be closed for maintenance, cleaning and/or private events. While we try to minimize such closures, we cannot guarantee access to any particular activities during any specific session.
Minors under the age of 13 may not be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.
A signed and valid waiver is required for entry
