1. All guests require a signed valid Waiver and Release Agreement prior to and as a condition to entry
2. Xtreme Energy Grip socks are required when participating in any activity
3. All guests (including non-players) must be in socks when entering a play zone. To the extent non Xtreme Energy Grip socks are utilized by guests, such guests assume all risks of injury from slipping and lack of traction.
4. Outside food or beverage is not permitted without express advanced permission
5. Posted rules, warnings and staff instructions must be followed by all participants at all times
6. No loose articles, jewelry, and other items (including in any pockets) while participating in activities
7. Adults must actively supervise and shall be responsible and liable for the actions and activities of any minors (including compliance with all rules, codes and warnings) they have brought to the facility.
8. Some portions of the facility may be closed for maintenance, cleaning and/or private events. While we try to minimize such closures, we cannot guarantee access to any particular activities during any specific session.
9. Minors under the age of 13 may not be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.

Management reserves the right to deny entry to any person whose presence or actions are in conflict with a safe and family-friendly environment. Entry is subject to and conditional upon compliance with our Code of Conduct and Terms of Service.

Purchases made outside of our facility through our website(s), apps, and/or booking system will be emailed upon completion of your online order. The tickets must be presented at the applicable facility for redemption. In the event an order confirmation is not received within 24 hours please check your spam and junk folders and then contact us by emailing events@xtreme.energy or calling us at (201) 408-5555.

All Open Play sales are final and non-refundable.

At any time prior to 24 hours following the start of your Open Play session, you may exchange any unredeemed Open Play sale for store credit that may be utilized for any purchase from the Xtreme Energy Englewood location at 250 S Van Brunt Street within twelve months of the issuance of such credit.  To reschedule your session, please speak to a member of our team at the front desk by emailing events@xtreme.energy or calling us at (201) 408-5555. Please include your Booking ID on all communications regarding rescheduling. Your Booking ID can be found on your invoice.

Please note: your ticket will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the scheduled date or contact us within 24 hours as described above.

Open Play tickets are only valid at the Xtreme Energy Englewood location at 250 S Van Brunt Street for the date and time purchased.

• A non-refundable payment is required the day of booking in order to hold the time and date desired.
• Your purchase is only valid at the Xtreme Energy Englewood location at 250 S Van Brunt Street for the date and time purchased.
• In case of party cancellations, the booking deposit is non-refundable, but on at least 10 days prior notice, your party can be moved to a different date of your choice based on availability or exchanged for store credit to be used for any purchase from the Xtreme Energy Englewood location at 250 S Van Brunt Street. Parties must be rebooked and/or credit utilized within 12 months of original party date.
• Please note, your deposit will be forfeited if your event is canceled within 10 days of the scheduled date.

• Outside decor and vendors are strictly not permitted without the express written  permission from a Bookings Manager.
• All equipment, party props and decor are property of Xtreme Energy and any breakage or mishandling of our property will incur additional charges.
• Party rooms are assigned based on the number of players in the party and can not be booked independently. Please understand that the room may not be accessible until the time assigned for your party to enter the room.
• Food orders and final headcount will be due no later than 5 days prior to the event date and cannot be altered afterwards. Outside food of any sort is not allowed unless otherwise stated.
• Playground will still be available to the public and other parties during your event if capacity is still available unless a private party (venue buyout)  is booked.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
• Players are all children between the ages of 1 and 16.
• Your party room may not be wheelchair accessible. If you do require a room that is wheelchair accessible, please let us know at least one week prior to your event at events@xtreme.energy. Please include your Booking ID in the email. This can be found on the top of your purchase receipt.
